With over 25 years of experience in the human services sector, Vanessa has built a career around connecting people to the support they need - and making sure systems deliver on their promises. Her background spans everything from frontline service delivery to program leadership, with a particular focus on NDIS, SDA and SIL services. Known for her strategic thinking and deep sector knowledge, she brings both empathy and rigour to everything she does.

Vanessa joined MyLife Housing because she saw a unique opportunity: to help build a housing model where people’s needs aren’t just acknowledged - they’re designed for. After decades working across service delivery, tenancy matching, and operational leadership, she knows how critical it is to get the early stages of someone’s housing journey right. For Vanessa, it’s not just about filling homes - it’s about making sure the right people end up in the right places, with the right support.

As Head of Growth and Partnerships, Vanessa leads the charge on tenant onboarding and engagement and is often one of the first people someone meets on their journey with MyLife Housing. She’s responsible for generating leads, building referral relationships, and ensuring that our homes are matched with the people who need them most. Backed by decades of experience, she brings a sharp eye for systems and an unwavering commitment to making every interaction count.
