Prior to joining MyLife Housing, Kim held national leadership roles within the property industry, where she specialised in process improvement, stakeholder engagement and customer experience. From high-volume leasing portfolios to large-scale tenancy operations, she has built a reputation for her collaborative leadership style, strong negotiation skills, and ability to embed structure and strategy into growing organisations.
