With extensive experience across Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and the broader NDIS housing sector, Sarah has built her career around helping people find and maintain homes that meet their needs. Her background spans tenancy management, participant onboarding, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, giving her a strong understanding of both the people and property sides of disability housing.

Before joining MyLife Housing, Sarah worked across disability and community housing organisations, supporting participants from initial enquiry through to matching, onboarding and placement. She has coordinated tenancy transitions, maintenance and SDA project delivery, working closely with participants, families, support providers and property teams. This experience has shaped her understanding of how the right home can support independence, choice and quality of life.

As Tenancy & Asset Manager at MyLife Housing, Sarah leads the Tenancy & Asset team and oversees our housing portfolio. She brings together resident experience, tenancy and property management to ensure homes are well managed and transitions run smoothly. Collaborative and solutions-focused, Sarah keeps residents at the centre of her work, helping create homes where people feel settled, supported and proud to live.
