Raquel is an Operations Coordinator at MyLife Housing, supporting a range of functions across the organisation including systems operations, marketing, and tenancy services. Since joining the team in late 2025, she has become a valued contributor, helping coordinate day-to-day operations and ensuring processes run smoothly across multiple departments. Her role provides exposure to a broad range of business functions, allowing her to support teams across the organisation and contribute to a positive experience for residents and stakeholders.

Alongside her role, Raquel is currently studying Engineering at university, further developing her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Her previous experience in retail and hospitality helped build strong communication, customer service, and organisational capabilities, which she now applies in her work every day. Known for her reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn, she approaches every task with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting those around her.
