With over 40 years of experience in finance and administration, Peter has built an extensive career across a range of sectors including telecommunications, education and disability services. His strengths span financial analysis, forecasting, audits, reporting, business and process improvement, and change management. Known for his methodical approach and clear communication, Peter has consistently played a key role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency.

Motivated by a desire to give back to the community, Peter was drawn to MyLife Housing’s mission of providing safe, high-quality homes for people with disability. For him, the opportunity to apply his financial skills in a purpose-led organisation felt like a natural next step – a chance to utilise his extensive financial skills to meaningfully impact the lives of many.

As Finance and Administration Manager, Peter leads a broad portfolio covering everything from financial reporting and modelling to HR functions and NDIS compliance for Specialist Disability Accommodation. He works closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the organisation operates with integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainability. His sharp eye for detail and commitment to continuous improvement ensure that MyLife Housing’s foundations remain strong – supporting the team to deliver on its promise of homes that truly change lives.
