Pat is a purpose-driven leader with a background in growth, partnerships and marketing across the disability sector. Since the rollout of the NDIS, he has worked at the frontline of innovation - helping shape new initiatives that meaningfully improve the quality of life for people with disability.

Pat was drawn to MyLife Housing’s commitment to reimagining what home can look like for people with disability - where design and accessibility come together. The organisation’s tenant-first approach, combined with a bold vision for building inclusive communities, aligned perfectly with his own values and passion for creating systems that empower. For Pat, joining MyLife Housing was an opportunity to help grow something that puts people first.

As Growth and Community Manager, Pat leads the organisation’s marketing and engagement strategy - ensuring the right people know about the right homes. He plays a hands-on role during the transitional stage when a tenant first moves in, supporting clear communication, a positive onboarding experience and strong connections with support teams and stakeholders. Pat is focused on making sure every individual feels confident, supported and proud to call a MyLife Housing home their own.
