His calm, strategic leadership and deep technical expertise have consistently positioned him as a trusted advisor in high-pressure and high-growth environments.

Nathan joined MyLife Housing with a strong belief in the power of technology to create more equitable, inclusive and person-led housing solutions. After years of driving transformation in large organisations, he was drawn to the opportunity to apply those skills to something with direct and meaningful social impact. The mission to provide real choice and control to people with disability through better-designed systems and environments resonated deeply with him and offered the chance to build something that genuinely changes lives.

As our Systems & Technology Advisor, Nathan oversees all Assistive Technology across MyLife Housing homes. He ensures every home is equipped to meet the unique needs of each tenant - supporting their independence, safety and comfort through thoughtful, future-ready solutions. From smart home integrations to emergency response systems, Nathan leads the strategy and implementation of technologies that enable our tenants to live without barriers.
