Lorna Clarke
Tenancy and Asset Coordinator
With a foundation in both housing and community services, Lorna brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work in tenancy and asset coordination. Originally from the Mid North Coast, she moved to Sydney to deepen her knowledge in housing and expand her impact in the community services sector. With over two years’ experience in community housing and another two in the public sector, Lorna has developed a strong understanding of how stable housing can transform lives - especially when paired with practical, person-centred support.
Her early experience as a support worker sparked a deep interest in Specialist Disability Accommodation, where she saw the intersection of care, housing and independence. Since joining MyLife Housing, Lorna has found a role that reflects her values: supporting people to feel truly at home. For her, it’s not just about keys and leases - it’s about making sure residents feel proud, safe and supported in a space that’s uniquely theirs, especially during a time when housing security is more important than ever.
As Tenancy and Asset Coordinator, Lorna is the go-to for anything to do with our tenants’ home. From move-ins and maintenance, to navigating appliances or assistive tech, she’s there to help things run smoothly - and always with a warm smile. She plays a key role in making sure each apartment is not just a place to live, but a place to belong.
