Alifiya Asgar

Alifiya brings a unique blend of global experience and leasing expertise to her role at MyLife Housing. She began her career as a Customer Service Executive before moving into luxury real estate in Sri Lanka. From there, she advanced her career at the London Stock Exchange as a Senior Travel and Admin Executive, building strong foundations in operations and client service.

In 2021, Alifiya transitioned into the Australian property sector, first as an Operations Associate and later as a Leasing Officer. With over more than four years experience in leasing, she has managed the full end-to-end process - from creating and coordinating campaigns with property owners, to managing applications, securing approvals and overseeing post-lease administration.

As Senior Operations Associate at MyLife Housing, Alifiya oversees leasing, onboarding and tenancy administration, working closely with the Tenancy and Asset Management teams. She works behind the scenes to ensure residents experience a seamless onboarding and a positive journey throughout their tenancy. With her strong background in leasing and client service, Alifiya is dedicated to delivering a smooth, supportive and people-first housing experience.
